Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than one month before start of reservation: Full credit good for one year from start of reserved date. $200 damage deposit will be held and applied to new reservation.

Cancellation less than one month before reserved date: Rental payment is forfeited. $200 damage deposit will be returned.
